Which terminal for my flight?
CDG has 3 main terminals: Terminal 1 (mainly Star Alliance), Terminal 2 (Air France, SkyTeam, European flights), Terminal 3 (low-cost). Provide your flight number and we adapt.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No additional charge for flight delay — the first hour of waiting after expected landing is included. Beyond that, waiting is charged €0.80/min, but we notify you in advance.
Can you handle multiple people / families?
Yes, up to 4 passengers + 4 large suitcases in the BYD Sealion 7. For larger groups, we mobilise a bigger vehicle from our partner network (on request).
