VTC booking voucher compliance

In accordance with the French order of 6 August 2025 (JORF no. 200), in force since 29 October 2025, every booking voucher issued by Double H includes the following mandatory information:

Operator's name and full contact details
VTC registry number
SIREN number
Customer's name and phone number
Booking date and time (immutable server timestamp)
Requested pickup date and time
Pickup location

Vouchers are kept on our servers for the legal limitation period (3 to 10 years).

Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a mediator:

Applicable law
