General terms of sale

1. Scope
These general terms of sale (hereinafter "GTS") govern the contractual relationship between Double H VTC (hereinafter "the provider" or "Double H") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the customer") using its road passenger transport (VTC) services in Île-de-France and beyond.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTS. An updated version of the GTS is available at any time on our website.
2. Service description
Double H offers individual road passenger transport services using a private chauffeur vehicle (VTC), in compliance with French regulations (Transport Code, articles L.3122-1 et seq.). Services include:
- Transfers to and from Île-de-France airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais, Le Bourget)
- Transfers to and from Paris stations
- Hourly or daily chauffeur hire
- One-off rides in Île-de-France
- Long-distance journeys to other regions or neighbouring countries (bespoke quote)
3. Booking and booking voucher
3.1 Booking methods
Bookings are made exclusively in advance via the following channels:

- WhatsApp or email at reservation@doublehvtc.fr
Each booking results in the immediate issuance of a compliant booking voucher in accordance with the French order of 6 August 2025, sent to the customer by email with the PDF attached. The voucher includes: a unique sequential number, the parties' identities, the booking date and time (server timestamp), the requested pickup date and time, the pickup location, and the agreed fare.
3.2 Confirmation
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the voucher. For very short notice requests (less than 2 hours), availability is not guaranteed: a direct phone call is recommended.
4. Pricing and payment
4.1 Prices
Prices are available on the pricing page and displayed transparently in the quote module before any confirmation. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Double H VTC applies the Franchise en base (art. 293 B du CGI) VAT regime.
No dynamic surge pricing is applied. The following surcharges may apply:
- Night ride (10pm-6am): +25%
- Sunday / public holiday: +19.999999999999996%
- 4th passenger: +€5
- Bulky luggage (beyond 2 large suitcases): +€10
- Pet in carrier: +€15
- Waiting after 5 min courtesy: €0.80/min
4.2 Payment methods
Payment is made by default on board at the end of the ride, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. For corporate accounts, monthly invoicing is available on request.
5. Modification and cancellation
5.1 Modification
Any modification (time, location, passengers) remains possible without charge subject to the chauffeur's availability. Contact us as soon as possible.
5.2 Customer cancellation
The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- More than 24h before pickup: free cancellation
- Between 24h and 2h before: 50% retained
- Less than 2h before: 100% retained
In case of flight cancellation by the airline, cancellation remains free upon presentation of supporting documents.
5.3 Cancellation by Double H
In case of force majeure (vehicle breakdown, accident, extreme weather, etc.), Double H VTC reserves the right to cancel the service and will refund any sum already paid as soon as possible. No additional compensation may be claimed.
6. Passenger conduct
The customer agrees to arrive on time at the pickup location, to respect the chauffeur and the vehicle, and to comply with safety instructions (seat belt). The following are expressly prohibited in the vehicle:
- Consumption of tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs
- Threatening or insulting behaviour towards the chauffeur
- Voluntary damage to the vehicle
In case of breach, Double H reserves the right to immediately interrupt the ride. Any material damage will be charged to the customer (insurer's quote prevailing).
7. Liability
Double H VTC holds a professional financial guarantee in compliance with VTC regulations: Garantie financière en cours de souscription, amount Montant légal minimum.
The provider undertakes to use all reasonable means to guarantee the punctuality and quality of the service. However, its liability cannot be engaged in case of delay attributable to events beyond its control (exceptional traffic jams, road accidents, weather, demonstrations, etc.).
In any event, the indemnified loss may not exceed the amount of the relevant service.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy compliant with the GDPR.
9. Force majeure
No party may be held responsible for failing to meet its obligations in case of force majeure within the meaning of French case law (article 1218 of the Civil Code).
10. Consumer mediation
In case of unresolved dispute with customer service, the consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to a mediator in accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code:

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules.
