Why are your prices higher than other VTC services?
We position ourselves 30 to 40% above standard VTC services. The difference reflects: a brand new 100% electric premium vehicle, a personalised service (memorised preferences, concierge assistance), absolute punctuality, and transparency (no dynamic surge pricing). The quoted price is the price you pay.
Is everything really included?
Yes. Still and sparkling water, 4G Wi-Fi, international press, child seat on request — all included. Only a few extras are paid: champagne (€50), bouquet of flowers (€35), or very long hourly hires. No hidden fees.
Are there luggage surcharges?
No, up to 2 large suitcases are included. Beyond that, +€10 per additional bulky bag. This covers standard professional and tourist travel without surprises.
How does the night surcharge work?
Between 10 PM and 6 AM, a 25% surcharge applies (except for airport flat fees, which have a fixed night rate displayed). It's the standard rule for public transport, justified by night working conditions.
Are airport flat fees valid from any IDF town?
The fees displayed here apply from central Paris. For peripheral towns, the fee is adjusted (typically +€10 to +€35 depending on distance). You get the exact price via our instant quote tool — always transparent.
Can I pay by card on board?
Yes: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash. For corporate accounts, monthly invoicing is available (contact us).
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24h before the ride. Between 24h and 2h before: 50% retained. Less than 2h before: 100%. For flights cancelled by the airline, cancellation remains free.
