Why choose a VTC over the RER or a taxi?
A VTC offers full door-to-door comfort (vs RER connections with luggage), an upfront fixed price (vs taxi meter), and a premium vehicle (vs standard taxi). For business passengers, families with luggage, or long-haul flight arrivals, the comfort gain easily justifies the cost.
Does the flat fee include waiting time in case of flight delay?
Yes, up to 60 minutes after the expected landing time (international flights) or 30 minutes (domestic flights). Beyond that, waiting is charged at €0.80/min — we notify you in advance.
Can I book a transfer for a flight departing in 6 hours?
Yes, subject to availability. For absolute guarantee, we recommend booking at least 24h in advance, especially during peak hours (weekday mornings, Friday evenings).
What if my flight is cancelled?
Free cancellation on your end if the airline cancels the flight, upon presentation of supporting documents. To reschedule the transfer for a new flight, contact us directly.
